At Jaspers by Ivie, we take care in describing and photographing our vintage and pre-owned items so you know what to expect before purchasing.

Vintage Item Condition

Our items often have a history, and minor signs of age and previous use are part of their character. Please review all photographs, measurements, descriptions, and condition details before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly when an item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Return Authorization

Please contact us and receive return instructions before shipping an item back. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected, when a return is required.

Return shipping costs will be determined based on the circumstances of the return. For confirmed damage or an error on our part, we will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the buyer.

Exchanges

Because most of our pieces are one of a kind, exchanges are generally unavailable.
