Hand-thrown stoneware form with warm terracotta body and rich dark flowing glaze at the shoulder. Original cork stopper intact. The rounded gourd shape and narrow neck make this ideal as an olive oil or vinegar cruet, small sake bottle, or decorative accent piece.
The base is clearly impressed: “Ineke – Victoria BC Canada.” Ineke pottery was produced in the Victoria, British Columbia area beginning in the 1960s and is known for its organic forms and earthy glazes.
